We want you to be completely satisfied with your HAVOC purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange.
- The return window starts from the date of delivery, not the date of purchase
- Items must be returned within 7 calendar days
- Late returns may not be accepted at our discretion
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn: Items must be in the same condition as when you received them
- Original tags attached: All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Original packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible
- No damage: Items must not be damaged, stained, or altered in any way
- No odors: Items must be free from perfume, smoke, or other odors
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items damaged by the customer
- Items returned without original tags
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
How to Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide the reason for return and any relevant photos if the item is defective
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the item securely with all original tags and packaging
- Ship the item back to us using the provided return address
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:
- Defective or wrong item: We will cover return shipping costs
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Size exchange: Customer pays return shipping, we cover shipping for replacement
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will send you an email confirmation of receipt
- Inspection typically takes 1-2 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary (3-10 business days)
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size and color (subject to availability):
- Same item in different size or available color
- Exchange must be of equal or lesser value
- If replacement is of higher value, you pay the difference
- If replacement is of lower value, we refund the difference
- Exchange processing takes 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We will provide a prepaid return label
- Full refund or replacement will be provided
- No questions asked for manufacturing defects
