REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your HAVOC purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange.

  • The return window starts from the date of delivery, not the date of purchase
  • Items must be returned within 7 calendar days
  • Late returns may not be accepted at our discretion

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn: Items must be in the same condition as when you received them
  • Original tags attached: All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Original packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible
  • No damage: Items must not be damaged, stained, or altered in any way
  • No odors: Items must be free from perfume, smoke, or other odors

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original tags
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide the reason for return and any relevant photos if the item is defective
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package the item securely with all original tags and packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us using the provided return address

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:

  • Defective or wrong item: We will cover return shipping costs
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Size exchange: Customer pays return shipping, we cover shipping for replacement
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will send you an email confirmation of receipt
  • Inspection typically takes 1-2 business days
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size and color (subject to availability):

  • Same item in different size or available color
  • Exchange must be of equal or lesser value
  • If replacement is of higher value, you pay the difference
